Pilot
A pilot around one real fair edition
We are looking for a small number of organisers to run Expofold on one edition. You get a product shaped around your fair. We get the truth about what works.
Who it is for
- Organisers with a named fair edition and its dates.
- Association, private and venue-owned fairs.
- Hungary first. Fairs elsewhere in Central Europe are welcome.
What you get
- A written scope that names exactly which features are in.
- Set-up of your edition and halls, done with you.
- Regular feedback sessions with the people building it.
- A documented list of gaps, so nothing is hidden.
- A say in what we build next.
What we ask
- One edition and a named contact on your team.
- Honest feedback, including what you would never use.
What the pilot does not include
Anything marked planned on the roadmap. We promise no date for later work. Pilot terms, including any fee, are agreed in writing before the pilot starts. Nothing on this site is an offer.
How to apply
- Write to hello@expofold.com with your fair's name, the edition dates and the venue.
- Add the rough number of stands and halls, and the one thing that costs your team most time today.
- We reply in English or Hungarian and suggest a first call.
Please do not send exhibitor lists or other people's personal data at this stage. We do not need them.
