Who is responsible

The controller is Marik Péter E.V., sole trader, 1054 Budapest, Aulich utca 3., Hungary. Privacy questions go to privacy@expofold.com.

What this website collects

Nothing by itself. This site has no forms, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. Our host keeps short technical logs, such as IP address and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Emails you send us

Pilot applications and questions. If you write to hello@expofold.com, we use your name, address, organisation and whatever else you include to answer you and, for a pilot, to discuss its scope. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

How long. We keep a thread until the matter is closed and then delete it, at the latest 12 months after our last exchange unless a pilot agreement follows. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Please do not send exhibitor lists or other people's personal data. We do not need them at this stage.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your details with other ShowFold products for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@expofold.com. You can also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu.

The Expofold application

The Expofold application is not yet in use by any customer. Its own privacy notice and a data processing agreement will be published before any organiser uses it with real exhibitor data.
