The product, as it stands today

Every feature on this page carries its real status. In development means built and tested on our own systems, not yet open to customers.

In development

Fair set-up

Create a fair edition with its dates, venue and time zone. Add its halls from a hall template. Each hall is a drawn plan with numbered stands, each with its type, area and open sides.

In development

Stand map

See every stand as free, on hold, reserved, sold or blocked, with a table that says the same in words. Each state differs by outline and label as well as colour, so the map reads in print and for colour-blind readers. List prices come from the organiser's own price rules: per square metre, per open side and by date window.

Selling desk

Hold a stand for an exhibitor for 30 minutes, a day or a week, release it, and record what an exhibitor asked for. A stand carries one live hold at a time, so two salespeople cannot promise it twice.

In development

Exhibitor deadlines

Set what exhibitors owe by when: forms, delivery slots, shop cut-offs. Expofold works out each item's state per exhibitor (not due, due, overdue or done) from the records themselves, so nobody ticks a box by hand.

Planned

These follow in this order. We publish no dates.

Next

Allocation and contracts

Offer a stand, record the contract with its signed document, and release it if the deal falls through.

Next

Exhibitor portal

Exhibitors sign in to their own manual, forms and deadlines, and order stand services from the suppliers the organiser appoints.

Planned

Stand design review

Submission, document checklist, reviewer queue and a recorded decision. The named competent person decides. Expofold keeps the record.

Planned

Contractors and build-up

Contractor and worker passes, vehicle slots, build-up and dismantle windows, and site-rule acknowledgement.

Planned

Inspection and completion

Checklists, photo evidence, defects with deadlines, reinspection and completion sign-off by a named person.

Planned

Invoicing and reporting

Organiser invoices from contracted stands, credit notes, and a revenue view by hall, zone and stand type.

Designed around one screen per stand

Every stand opens on one screen that answers four questions: what is this stand, who is responsible, what is outstanding, and what happened. Each status change shows who made it and when. Each task, deadline and exception has a named owner.

Expofold is built on the event.clinic platform, which already runs accreditation, passes, forms and finance for other event products. Expofold connects to each of them step by step, and we mark each one here when it works for fairs.
